Samraong Village: is a new housing project developed by Prince Development in partnership and Pointer with Architecture, Masterplan and Interior Design by Aernes Architects and Associate. Infinite Architects (in collaboration with Oriviz Studio) was approach early development to produce proposal and design for the Samraong Village Sales Gallery as well as interior fitting design for all residential units: Shophouse, Link house, Twin Villa A, Twin Villa B, Single Villa A and Single Villa B.

The Bay Temple (WKKK), San Francisco, USA: WKKK (Wat Khmer Kampuchea Krom), IA is being tasked with review and proposing design and material for a new Khmer Buddhis Temple in San Francisco. IA is also working with local’s traditional artist to produce design and document as well as step by step reference for the fabrication for Khmer Traditional Status, motif, artwork with update technology and material. This project is still on going with new challenge and solutions being document frequently.

KS600HA – Masterplan: KS600HA (Kompong Sela), this new economic zone development located half-way between Phnom Penh City and Sihanouk Ville, is being developed on total land size of 600 Ha and situated between both the National Road 4 and New Super Highway One. IA was approached for digital build of the entire 600 Ha master plan included the model of the new high way ramp off and ramp on connected with the KS600HA main boulevard.

Le Conde BKK1: Le Conde is currently set to be the highest and most premium condominium in BKK1 once the construction completed in 2025. IA was responsible for the building façade adjustment and interior design of the Gym floor/Pool Area, Sky Garden, Sky Bar, Kid Play Area and Interior unit. The finish design was use as reference for the final design and procurement.
